This easy delicious fresh cream goes perfectly with a slice of cake or with fresh fruit.
Yields approx 1½ Cups, Approx. 10 mins
What You'll Need
1 Cup heavy whipping cream, cold
2 Tbsp Confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest, approx half a lemon
10-15 fresh strawberries, diced and lightly muddled
All You Need To Do
Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, sugar and lemon zest to a mixing bowl. TIP: You'll get the best results and fastest whip consistency if you chill your bowl and whisk prior to mixing. Keeping your utensils as cold as possible about 10-15 mins before whipping.
Whip on low until all ingredients are combined.
Whip on high for 2-3 mins until stiff peaks are formed.
gently fold your strawberries into the whip and serve within 30 mins. You can freeze leftover cream.
