Angie Tran

Hi! I'm Angie.  I'm a believer that food is love.  🤍

I grew up surrounded by food love. My family owned  Chinese restaurant in Richmond, VA growing up. My grandmother ran a catering business back in Vietnam so her kitchen was always filled with love and food. 

My fondest memories growing up was eating my grandmother's Vietnamese cooking, rolling egg rolls and folding dumplings with my mom.

How I got started. I started food blogging for a Washington, DC food blog, DCFüd, in 2013. And in January 2020, I decided to start off on my own for fun as a place to store my food photo library on Instagram. The Instagram community was so welcoming that it started to fuel my love for marketing, creativity and food all in one and the rest is history!

I graduated from an all women's college, Mary Baldwin College, with a double major in Marketing and Communications and Asian Studies, and a minor in Economics. To say that when I set my mind to something and I give it my all, would be an understatement. I believe in finding passion in everything that I do.
