True Citrus comes in several different flavors and are made from simple and clean ingredients.
8 Servings (9"x5" loaf pan or four 5"x3" mini loaf pans), Approx. 1 hour 15 mins
What You'll Need
3 Packets of True Citrus Lemonade (any flavor)
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
¾ Cup Butter, room temperature
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Large Eggs, room temperature
⅓ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Sour Cream
15-20 Fresh Strawberries, sliced
All You Need To Do
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, True Citrus Lemonade, Baking Powder and Salt.
Using a mixer, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla extract together on medium high speed until creamy (approximately 2 minutes).
Add one egg at a time and scrape down the side of the bowl occasionally to full combine.
Turn mixer down to medium low speed and slowly add half of the flour mixture to the mixer until combined.
Add milk until combined.
Add remaining flour until combined.
Add sour cream until fully combined.
Turn off mixer and gently fold in your strawberries.
Grease your loaf pan(s) and transfer the mixture to the pans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the top is golden and the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
Remove the loaf from the oven and cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing and fully cooling on a wire rack.
Try it with Strawberry Lemon Fresh Cream!
