I didn't think that anything could be better than a fresh, juicy ripe mango...

...and then @islandwayusa came along and said "Hold my mango!" 🥭

And they covered it with chocolate and threw them in the freezer @samsclub

These morsels are so poppable, you won't be able to stop! Such a refreshing treat. I dare say I prefer chocolate covered mango bites over chocolate covered strawberries now.

Hello girl meal 🍚 🍳

When the big kid (papa) and little kid are away the mama will curl up with a quick easy for some undisturbed quality time with some dramatic kboys.

I love instant rice. Especially nowadays as they've been making them so moist and fluffy. There are times you just want a quick bowl of rice without having to fuss over making a ton in the rice cooker.

I popped some soy honey cured egg yolks into the fridge a few days ago. And when the kids went out for their fun day, I knew exactly what I wanted to munch on.

I got the opportunityto try out @lundbergfarms instant rice and they offered this mama more quality time with her kdramas and less time waiting for the rice cooker. The Jasmine Rice was so fragrant and fluffy. Best of all, it's organic and responsibly crafted.

All that time I shaved off, I am looking for new kdrama recommendations! Comment below 👇🩷

@oceanshalo to the rescue again! 🍲

We ran to our local @wholefoods to grab up their Thai Coconut Curry Noodle Soup. It has everything in it...noodles, veggies anent creamy curry soup. Making it so easy and fast to prepare! Giving us the rest of the day to enjoy the beautiful, hot summer days together.

It has a nice spicy kick that's not too overwhelming for those who can't handle the heat. For those who don't like spice at all, I recommend adding more coconut milk.

Did you know Pompompurin turned 30 this year? According to Sanrio, he's a golden retriever who loves milk and anything soft. Hope he likes this little tribute!

If it smells like pho, looks like pho and tastes just like pho...it must be pho! 🍜

I got the opportunity to try out @oceanshalo from @wholefoods so I tested it on the toughest critic...my Vietnamese mom @misoasianma

And the verdict? She says it tastes like pho but with a heavy cumin flavoring. I think she meant coriander. I do agree the seasoning was stronger than I like in my pho broth but the flavor was definitely there!

So I dressed it up a little more by adding water, fish sauce and palm sugar. And it was fantastic and it still saved me hours of broth making and is tasty in a pinch when you have a craving for some quick pho.

They have other broth flavors like ramen and Thai coconut. Can't wait to try those too!
