There's nothing more comforting than carbs with red sauce, am I right?

I picked up @antoniocarlosauces marinara sauce from @harristeeter for my Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells in Meat Sauce.

I love how rich, chunky and flavorful their sauce is. It tastes like it had been slow simmering in my kitchen all day.

I almost feel like I'm part of the an authentic Italian family having access to their 3rd generation traditional family recipe which is made with only clean, simple, pronouncable ingredients and it all starts with their naturally sweet San Marzano tomatoes.

You've got to have this in your pantry!

Yes, you heard right! CREAMED honey. And it's as good as it sounds. It is a clover honey that's slowly churned raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized to create a naturally creamy, spreadable texture.

I love honey toast and I'm now adding creamed honey to my pantry staple. It's rich, velvety flavor just enhances my toasts even more. Plus it doesn't crystalize over time like standard honey...it maintains its creamed texture.

I'm taking advantage of cherry season before it ends. One of my fave summer fruits is layered on top of toast covered creamed honey then paired with prosciutto, whipped ricotta and granola.

I love onion flavor. 🧅🍜

Despite saying I hate eating onions from a previous post, I DO love onion flavor. And boy does @yulufoods bring on the flavor with their Bold Shallot Instant Udon. You can find them @target

Their noodles are thick, chewy and so satisfying. And get this! It's ready in 1 minute! I kid you not, you pop the noodles in the microwave for 1 minute, mix in the packet of sauce then wah lah you have a quick meal.

And even though it's fast, it doesn't skimp on the flavor! I can't wait to try their spicy miso flavor too.

Mama's kicking off her weekend with a little Kiwi Spritz this Friday join me on the fun...

🥝 1/2 Kiwi, peeled
🥝 2oz Gin (I used @rabbithole Bespoke Gin)
🥝 1/2oz Lime Juice
🥝 2 tsp Honey (I love local @rockhillhoneybees )
🥝 Top off Coconut Soda or Seltzer (I use my @sodastream to carefully carbonate @vitacoco coconut water)

1️⃣ Muddled Kiwi
2️⃣ Shake Kiwi, gin, lime and honey
3️⃣ Pour over Ice
4️⃣ Garnish with Lime and Mint
5️⃣ Cheers!

I dislike onions but oh do I love scallion oil.

But the foundation of a good scallion oil is the oil.

I picked up @neoleaofficial high-quality, cold-pressed, single-origin EVOO that at @target

It has such a beautiful thic color, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the oil heated up. It gave my scallion oil a nice smooth, peppery finish. Their olive oil delivers exceptional quality and flavor for both cooking and finishing dishes.

Here's ingredients to my scallion oil that I drench steamed shredded chicken in:

🧅 1 Bunch Green Onions, bias chopped
🧅 2in Ginger, cut into thin matchsticks
🧅 1 Tbsp, chili flakes (or to taste)
🧅 1/3 Cup Neolea EVOO for the pan
🧅 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
🧅 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
🧅 1 Tbsp Sugar
🧅 2 tsp Sesame Oil
🧅 Salt, to taste

1️⃣ Heat oil to smoke point in a small pan.
2️⃣ Pour hot oil immediately over heat proof bowl of chopped scallions, ginger and chili flakes.
NOTE: Keep your scallions as dry as possible to avoid violent oil splatter.
3️⃣ Mix in remaining ingredients.
4️⃣ Pour sauce over protein like steamed chicken, steamed fish, noodles or tofu and mix.
5️⃣ Enjoy!
