![I dislike onions but oh do I love scallion oil.
But the foundation of a good scallion oil is the oil.
I picked up @neoleaofficial EVOO that's made especially for the pan at @target
It has such a beautiful thic color, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the oil heated up. It gave my scallion oil a nice smooth, peppery finish.
Here's ingredients to my scallion oil that I drench steamed shredded chicken in:
🧅 1 Bunch Green Onions, bias chopped
🧅 2in Ginger, cut into thin matchsticks
🧅 1 Tbsp, chili flakes (or to taste)
🧅 1/3 Cup Neolea EVOO for the pan
🧅 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
🧅 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
🧅 1 Tbsp Sugar
🧅 2 tsp Sesame Oil
🧅 Salt, to taste
1️⃣ Heat oil to smoke point in a small pan.
2️⃣ Pour hot oil immediately over heat proof bowl of chopped scallions, ginger and chili flakes.
NOTE: Keep your scallions as dry as possible to avoid violent oil splatter.
3️⃣ Mix in remaining ingredients.
4️⃣ Pour sauce over protein like steamed chicken, steamed fish, noodles or tofu and mix.
5️⃣ Enjoy!

Atlas and I swung by @walmart to grab a bag of fish sticks because they're a fun and easy lunch option. Easy quick prep meals means I get to spend a little more time to make meals a bit more fun!
Is it just me or is food on a board just so much fun to eat? So instead of tossing some sticks on a plate for Atlas, I put together a fishing board of fish sticks, waffles and fishy fruit to make lunch a little less boring.

![High protein bread flour? Yes please! 🍞🍓🍫
Bread is not really my favorite thing to bake because it's sensitive and time consuming. But building it with a strong foundation like @farmerdirectfoods, which I picked up at my local @sprouts , set us up for success! It's made of 12.7% gluten forming protein giving my bread a better structure.
I decided to make a strawberry chocolate milk bread. It was fun letting Atlas experience how bread is cultured and watching it rise.
I have to say this was the best bread bake I've ever made! Next time I'll have to add even more strawberry powder to give it a more brilliant color.
Now that I know to grab a reliable bread flour, I'll have less woes in the kitchen and fall in love with bread baking again.

The search is over for me and my cousin to find a delicious cereal, with less sugar and that our picky kiddos will eat!
Our kids were instantly drawn to the @backflipbreakfast cereal we got @target . It helps that the box is so bright and fun but also who doesn't want to eat something that's called Strawberry Milkshake?
It had a satisfying crunch, strawberry flavor that doesn't taste artificial. And the kids loved that the milk turned to strawberry milk!
We can't wait to go back and try their other flavors!
