These Coconut Crispy Rolls are light, airy and irresistibly crispy. Made with real coconut milk and crafted in Thailand for a delicate, playful crunch. They are honestly the perfect snack and their small size makes them perfect for little hands like Atlas or just plain poppable for the bigs.
The key to this smoothie working is the Rice milk. 🍚🥛
🍚 2 Tbsp of Leftover Rice
🍚 3-4oz Milk
🍚 1 Tbsp Sugar
🍚 1oz Coconut Milk
Cook over medium heat until the Rice is mushy and gummy. Stirring often. Let it cool. Blend until your liking. I like mine chunky because I enjoy that Sticky Rice texture.
Smoothie Layers: Sago, Blended Frozen Mango Smoothie, Rice Milk, Diced Mangos, 1oz Matcha, Top off with Coconut Milk and crushed Thai Coco Coconut Rolls. Enjoy!

![My humble opinion is that @crackingupcrackers should rebrand to Super Crunch Crackers!
I picked up their Sea Salt Cracker Stix @wegmans , threw together a super easy cheese ball platter and then instantly fell in love with these cracker stixs at first bite!
They're like a cross between a cracker and breadsticks and now they're going to be main staple served with dips. They pack a fantastic crunch and they're sturdy!
There's nothing worse than using a flimsy vehicle to scoop up thicc dip and these sticks stand up to the test! Tasty. Crunchy. Not greasy to the touch. The perfect snacking cracker.
